ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

The colour us strw yellow, the bouquet intense and fruity, the flavour is fresh, harmonious and full.

 GRAPE VARIETIES

Typical grapes cultivated in Italy.

 VINIFICATION

Grapes are carefully pressed then brought to white fermentation before refrigeration and static decanting of the must. Fermentation lasts about twelve days at temperatures below 18°C.

 REFINING

Refinement in steel, which allows the fruity components of the grapes to harmonise.

 FOOD PAIRING

Perfect as an aperitif wine, it is particularl suited to antipasti while also pairing well with first course dishes, fresh cheeses, and all types of fish dishes. A perfectly drinkable wine that is ideal for every day. Serving Temperature  10° to 12°C.
